Rick Sletten
Director of Operations
Rick Sletten joined UPIC Health as Director of Operations in September of 2018. He has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, logistics, and operations management serving a wide array of organizations across the United States.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Capella University in Minneapolis. He brings to UPIC his passion for continual process improvement to promote the best outcomes for patients, providers, and the organizations we serve. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He also held credentials with ITIL and the State of Minnesota to advise and sell life and health insurance. He lives in Norfolk, Va. with his wife and toddler.
